Dave is an incredible Coach. I highly recommend him for both online & in-person Coaching as he is an amazing influence for anyone wanting to better their health and fitness. I have been training with Dave for over 12 months and feel very fortunate to have found such a knowledgeable and caring Coach. Dave is passionate and dedicated to helping all of his clients overcome their individual health/fitness issues and achieve their best! He personalises all his training and nutrition plans and provides science-based evidence to help you learn. Dave has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to training technique, science, and body recomposition, while teaching a balanced approach to comp prep which worked so well for me. I achieved my best physique and placed 2nd at the recent WBFF competition all while eating more food and doing very little cardio. Dave focuses on strength instead of dieting which was a game-changer for me and because of this I feel very fortunate to be working with him towards my competition goals!
